Childcare
NOTE: Childcare sign-up is now full for the conference
Complimentary childcare for children ages 6 months to 12 years is available on site at the Albuquerque Convention Center for all 4 days of the main conference, Thursday June 22 through Sunday June 25 (pre-registration is required). Snacks, drinks, and lunch are included as part of childcare. Childcare Staff are all up-to date on vaccinations according to conference guidelines, and an extra filtration unit will be provided inside the childcare rooms.
Childcare is provided by KiddieCorp, a national organization that specializes in on-site conference childcare. We have had great experiences with them at several past meetings and are happy to work with them again.
Nursing
A private nursing room will be available near the childcare room(s) in the convention center. There will be a table, a couple chairs with a privacy curtain, and a refrigerator available in the room. There is also a separate nursing room in the lower level bathroom of the West Building.
Parents with kids
Are you a parent who's bringing your kid(s) to the meeting with you? Attending a conference with a kid can be tough in unexpected ways! If you're interested in getting together with other families, whether for playdates, lunches, 5pm dinners with little lag time between ordering and serving, or even day trips, use our spreadsheet to exchange information!
